The space:
As you drive up to this luxurious yet rustic wooden chalet nestled on 30 acres of land, you’ll feel like you’re entering a dream. Thoughtful touches and beautiful decor create a relaxing atmosphere of pure luxury. The property is private and secluded, offering a wealth of activities. Unwind on the screened-in porch and breathe in the fresh mountain air, gaze at the stars through the telescope, or indulge in birdwatching from the back deck using the binoculars.
Sleeping arrangements:
This chalet boasts three spacious primary suites, each located on a separate level, making it unique and exceptionally comfortable for all guests. The highest level features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. On the main level, you’ll find another queen bed with an ensuite bathroom and a walkout to an outside terrace. The lowest level offers a tucked-away queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, separate from the game room.
Main level:
Step into the grand entrance of the main level, where high ceilings and a remarkable framework provide a breathtaking view of the Virginia countryside through the stunning A-Frame windows. An open floor plan encompasses a social kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. Prepare a meal and enjoy each other’s company in front of a warm fire. The stone fireplace serves as the centerpiece of the room, creating an inviting ambiance.
Lower level:
The lower level offers a plethora of activities for both group entertainment and individual enjoyment. A wet bar is conveniently available, and guitars and karaoke are provided for musical entertainment. The space also features a 7.5′ pool table, a large Connect Four game, hook and ring, Pac-Man and Mortal Kombat arcade machines, and a large TV with a PS3. An additional cot is available for a seventh guest upon request.
Outside:
The estate’s grounds encompass gently rolling hills with breathtaking mountain views. An outdoor propane grill is located on the lowest level, accompanied by seating for six guests.
