Cancel by 48 hours after booking and you'll get a Full refund: Get back 100% of what you paid.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (no exceptions). We have a ring security camera on-site (front door and back of fence gate) and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
No smoking and vaping of any kind inside the home. A fee of $200 will be accessed if our cleaners find any odor after guests have checked out. Extra time using an odor machine is needed for this type of cleaning.
No pets or any type of animals allowed in the home or on the property.
Check-in is any time after 4PM (EST local time)
Check out by 10 AM (EST local time).
Access Code to be provided on day of check-in.
Our home is a NO Shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry (front & back doors). A shoe mat has been provided at both door entrances. There is a $20 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes our cleaners extra time for this type of cleaning.

Violation of the noise & party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community.
Additional Fees will assessed & paid for by the guest for the following:
**Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
** Smoking in the home: $200
**Late Checkout Past 10 am without our consent: $75
**Excessive Guests more than noted on reservation: $75 per guest.
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere: $150
Early Check in or Late Check Out Additional Fees
Depending on occupancy & cleaning team schedule, we may accommodate advance guest request to check in early or check out later - $25 per hour. If a guest checks out past check out time of 10 am without advance notice - $50 per hour will be requested from the guest.
You must also acknowledge the following:

Must climb stairs
Damages: If you damage the home or any furnishings inside our home or property we will file a claim with guest to cover the replacement cost & you maybe charge for the additional cost.
